Welcome!
Our research focuses on understanding how animals respond to environmental changes, why individuals differ in their response and what long term consequences these differences have on individuals' fitness. We are particularly interested in the role of cognition and social behaviour in dealing with the challenges related to human-induced rapid environmental changes (HIREC). We focus more specifically on the early-life environment and how it can shape behaviour.
To do so, we study animal behaviour from a multidisciplinary perspective, including approaches from behavioural ecology, movement ecology, psychology, neurosciences and microbiology.
